Information collected

Information provided voluntarily: any information you have provided to us (such as your name, email address, telephone number, home address, etc.) through your résumé, an employment application, an online application, a telephone interview, a formal interview, a discussion to request information, registration through our website, or the use of any other part of our website is stored securely in our internal system and on our web server. We may use it to provide the information you have requested about our company and services, or to send you special notices.

Non-identifying information: whenever you visit the Premium Ressources Humaines website, we may collect certain information that does not identify you and that relates to the way you access our site. Our business partners: Premium Ressources Humaines may share your personal information with its current or future business partners (potential employers), always in connection with the purposes for which you provided it. The objective remains to work in partnership with you to find the opportunity that meets all your expectations.

Exceptions

Premium Ressources Humaines may also disclose a client’s personal information to the following individuals and organizations:

  1. Law enforcement agencies and emergency services in emergency situations, where required by law, or pursuant to a court order;
  2. A company providing communications or communications-directory services;
  3. Another person working on the development, improvement, marketing, or delivery of Premium Ressources Humaines products or services;
  4. An employee or consultant engaged by Premium Ressources Humaines to carry out research related to an assignment;
  5. One or more third parties where the client’s consent to such disclosure is required by law.

Business asset transfers: if Premium Ressources Humaines sells or transfers a particular portion of its business assets, consumer information may be included among the assets transferred as part of the transaction. If substantially all of Premium Ressources Humaines’ assets are acquired, consumer information may be transferred as part of the acquisition.

The personal information you have entrusted to Premium Ressources Humaines and that is stored in our system, including electronic databases, will be retained throughout your career.
